FaZe Clan is the most popular esports and entertainment organization in the world. In January 2022, FaZe Clan announced their biggest ever recruitment challenge: FaZe1.
The winner of FaZe1 would receive: $1,000,000 signing bonus, $250k GFUEL sponsorship, Nissan GTR and a spot in FaZe Clan.
FaZe1 ran as follows: Open Recruitment Challenge - 100 people would be selected to be the Top 100 contestants who would submit two further entries following given guidelines - The Top 20 of these contestants would be determined on the basis of these videos. The Top 20 would be flown to LA where they would feature on FaZe Clan's own reality TV show to compete for the number 1 spot.
FaZe1 allowed all creators, regardless of the size of their platform to showcase their talent and why they should be the next FaZe Clan member. Of the hundreds of thousands of entries, mine was selected to be among the Top 100 candidates and moved on to the next round. This round one entry can be found below:

The second round of the FaZe1 challenge, to determine who the Top 20 contestants would be, was split into two parts:
Part 1: 'Create an audition tape for the FaZe1 Warehouse Top 20 show. Tell us or show us what you're going to bring to the show and what would set you apart from the other contestants in the Top 20 house.'

Part 2: 'Below there are 3 prompts, choose one and create a video.
1. If you won, how would you use your platform for a cause, initiative or community that’s important to you? Is it through an event? a collaboration? etc.
2. Create your own branded content piece for FaZe Clan.
3. Tell us your life story through visuals. (i.e draw my life)
